Kappa Theta Pi gives brothers the support to do something special during their time at UNC, built around three core pillars.
Through interview training, resume building, one-on-one mentorship, and private company recruiting, KTP prepares members for success in any technology-related career.
Whether it's building with a hackathon team, showing up to technical workshops, or learning from other members, KTP gives people real ways to grow their skills.
The people you meet in KTP will go on to be some of your closest friends. From formal to tailgates to retreat, we bring our members together throughout the year.
Founded in 2012, KTP is a co-ed professional technology fraternity. Our members come from all over campus spanning Computer Science, Journalism, Psychology, Business, Studio Art, Sports Medicine, and more, united by a shared passion for technology and a community that genuinely looks out for each other.

From socials and retreats to everyday moments around campus, KTP feels just as much like a community as it does a professional org.

Recruitment returns in Fall 2026. Until then, take a look around and get a feel for what life in KTP is actually like.
